Our focus is long-term stewardship, and we look for owners who value integrity, stability, and the continued success of their team and clients.Our investment approach is built around a simple platform strategy. We acquire MSPs and related service companies that benefit from our private cloud, advisory services, and IT support foundation. When a business joins us, it gains a stronger technical backbone, expanded capabilities for clients, and long-term operational support—while the owner’s legacy is preserved.We focus on companies in IT managed services, cybersecurity, compliance, and other essential B2B services. Ideal partners typically generate $1.5–$7 million in revenue with consistent profitability and a recurring or repeat revenue model.

Our portfolio is anchored by the successful acquisition of a long-established IT Managed Services Provider serving more than 250 clients in the Greater Pittsburgh region. Integrating this business into our platform has allowed us to strengthen its systems, support its team, and preserve the legacy built over more than 20 years.With our first acquisition complete and performing well, we are now looking to add additional mission-critical service businesses to the Grafix portfolio. We take a steady, long-term approach and are actively seeking the right partners for the next stage of growth.
